CPU Senior High School student Jose Maria Belosillo (Grade 11- HUMMS) won the recently concluded Pahalipay sa Baranggay Circuit Race last April 25, 2021.
Belosillo won the 10 km highway +3km per lap in the beginner’s category. This is his 3rd time participating in a cycling contest.
Belosillo says he started biking in 2016 with his father. He started joining competitions during the pandemic.
“I tried biking for leisure time since I still can’t play football. For the time being, I hope I can join other competitions”, said Belosillo. He is a member of the CPU Golden LionÄ¢¹½ÊÓƵ™s Football Team under Coach Marc Hermel G. Agriam.
He is thankful for the support of his family, friends, and the STAR 18 Bike Shop for his recent victory.
