ĢƵ College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) launched a free 15-hour Theoretical Driving Course Lecture at the Rose Memorial Auditorium (RMA) on February 16-17, 2023.

Many students from different colleges availed of the said course as part of the requirement to get a studentĢƵs/driverĢƵs license.

The said activity was led by Regional Director Eric Lenard E. Tabaldo from LTO Region 6; Public Safety Office Head Jeck Conlu; Representative from the Office of the City Vice Mayor Jeffrey Ganzon; and Mr. Eric Otayde from the team of lecturers.

Also present at the event was the University president Dr. Teodoro Robles, CAS Dean Dr. Stella G. Fernandez, and Coordinator Mr. Joshua Jacinto.

According to Kate Angel Devera, a student who attended the said course, it was a big help for her since she will be getting her studentĢƵs license soon or later. ĢƵDako gid sia nga bulig kay makuha ako sang akon studentĢƵs license sunod semana, kanami lang kay indi na ko mangita kung diin diin kay may gin hiwat diri sa CPU,ĢƵ Devera said.

She also added, ĢƵGin pang invite ko na man lang akon nga mga friends and classmates kay pati sila naka pulos gid sang sini nga driving course.ĢƵ

The said theoretical driving course was the first time offered at ĢƵ.
