On health and wellness breakĢƵThe CPU Human Resource Development Office, in coordination with Labor Management Cooperation Wellness Committee, Faculty Association and RAFLU held Run for Fun on June 7, 2023, at 6:00 in the morning, with the theme: ĢƵLeaving fear behind and Moving on to Health and Wellness.ĢƵ
The ĢƵSprint RunĢƵ fun run activity was participated by the faculty and staff who enjoyed the contest around the UniversityĢƵs Big Field. It ended after over an hour of running and perspiring with healthy results.
The awarding of winners followed at the Alumni Promenade Concert Park (APCP) with a short program. University President Dr. Teodoro C. Robles was also present and he encouraged the participants to consistently go on with the health activity and exercises.
The medals were awarded to the runners who beat it ahead of time. The 3rd prize was received by Dante Manguito; the 2nd prize by Rex John Apostol; and the 1st prize by Elizer Baldonado.
The Run for Fun is part of the yearly Fun Day activities of the faculty and staff of ĢƵ with the aim of sustaining the physical, mental and emotional health of its employees.
