The Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ Republic (CPUR) successfully launched its first-ever CENTREPRENEUR Fair on July 21Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ“22, 2025, at the Alumni Promenade Concert Park, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The two-day event served as a platform for 27 student-run businesses to showcase, promote, and sell their productsÄ¢¹½ÊÓƵ”ranging from food and drinks to clothing, art, and tech items.
The event was organized by CPUR Senator Ma. Theresa Magbanua, College of Nursing Representative Julienne Patricia Delgado, and CPUR officials, in collaboration with student entrepreneurs from across the university. It was the first initiative that allowed students to operate their own booths with no profit-sharing, enabling them to keep 100% of their sales.
CENTREPRENEUR aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goal 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth, promoting youth entrepreneurship and real-world business experience within the campus.
Student entrepreneurs registered through an online Google Form and complied with CPURÄ¢¹½ÊÓƵ™s internal rules and university policies. The fair drew strong support from students, faculty, and staff, transforming the venue into a lively and collaborative space.
The event concluded with a certificate distribution ceremony, recognizing the efforts and contributions of all participants. Following its success, CPUR aims to provide more platforms for students to market their businesses and productsÄ¢¹½ÊÓƵ”continuing its mission to empower Centralian entrepreneurs.
