On Wednesday, February 15, 2023, Malacañang disclosed the promotion of Admiral Eustacio BongĢƵĢƵ Enriquez Jr., and three others- of the Philippine Coast Guard, to Rear Admiral by President Ferdinand ĢƵBongbongĢƵ Marcos Jr.
Enriquez who is the Commander of Coast Guard Education Training and Doctrine Command is a Centralian High School Alumnus – Batch 1984. He is the younger brother of General Ezra ĢƵIkingĢƵ Enriquez Ret. Philippine Army, and also a Centralian.
The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) is a subsidiary agency of the Department of Transportation – Philippines that enforces maritime law in the Philippines; conducts maritime operations; and takes care of the country’s oceans.
ĢƵ congratulates Admiral Enriquez on his promotion as Rear Admiral of the Philippine Coast Guard – with a stature like one distinguished Centralian.
